We are friendly, personal, dedicated, and creative company. Our passion is to produce breathtaking cakes and desserts that will be remembered for years to come. Our goal is to produce a product that is individual to you, the customer, while focusing on every little detail.
We will work with you to take your ideas, inspirations and turn them in to reality. Whether you come to us with a photograph of a cake you would like us to recreate, or if you would like to take full advantage of our services, we will produce a cake that is both personal and unique. You will be guaranteed a product made with dedication, creativity, and pure love!!!!!
A Note to the Bride and Groom:
I know getting married is so exciting, but also a lot of decision making and work. Johnson’s Custom Cakes and More want to make things easier on you both. Once you decide on your cake, relax and let your worries go. Johnson’s Custom Cakes and More will take it from there and your cake will arrive with no hassles or frustration. Your wedding cake is the centerpiece of your wedding and we want it to be perfect for your special day. I will personally be at your tasting to make sure I can capture exactly what you both want and to ensure that your wedding cake dream will become a reality. First, I want to answer some questions you may have. To begin the process, setup your complementary tasting and consultation. I meet with clients on an appointment only basis so make sure to leave enough time before your wedding day. I want to create a custom-made cake just for you both. To make things easier, before we meet, write down a few ideas you have. Cake size, shape of the tiers (round, oval, etc.), colors, and design will be key in designing exactly what you want. If you have pictures of cakes you like or a sample of your wedding colors these will also be very helpful. The more you bring, the more we can work with. If you are unsure, don’t worry! I also have a portfolio at the shop with all of my previous works for you to browse—you can also check out my Gallery. You can pick and choose what you like from different cakes and combine them to create an original masterpiece just for you. During the consultation, I will make sure to get a good grasp on what it is that you are both looking for. I will create a sketch and note all that is desired. Just as I create custom-designed cakes, I can also customize your flavors. We have our Flavors and Fillings listed so take a look at some of those before we meet and I can have some of the different flavors ready for all to taste. If you do not see a flavor listed that you want, let me know and I can see what I can come up with. Two cake flavor choices and two fillings are included in the price of your cake. We can also discuss ingredients if there are any dietary restrictions. We are proud to say we use the finest ingredients in your cakes!
During the entire wedding planning process, I’m sure these words have left your mouth, “What do you think??” If so, please feel free to bring others with you to the tasting. This should be a fun experience and sometimes others make valid points that may not be on your mind. That’s why bridal parties were created anyway, right??
